Combine butter, 2 Tbsp. sugar, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups creamed cottage cheese
- Egg whites from separated eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
CHICKEN = Chicken Pot Pie with Egg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 package pie crust
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 or 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
SEAFOOD = Honey Grilled Shrimp

Combine dressing, honey and garlic
- 1 8 oz bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 lbs uncooked medium shrimp

Mix potatoes and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt (sifted together) alternately with milk
- 1 cup left over mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1 /2 c. flour

In large bowl combine flour, pecans and brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 carton (8 ounce)frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) raspberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
PIZZA = Spinach Artichoke Dip Pizza

Cook sliced mushrooms in butter and oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic until hot
- 10 inch flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Granulated garlic to taste
- Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan
- SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP
- 10 ounce box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
- 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and rough chopped
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded monnarella cheese
- 10 ounces prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
VEGETABLES = Eggplant Parmigiana

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large eggplant, about 1 1/2 lb
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cups plain dried bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 18 pieces
- Tomato sauce
CHICKEN = Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Zest and juice lemon. Melt butter in microwave
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

- 1 can(14 1/2 oz) pitted tart cherries, undrained
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- dash salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
