ITALIAN = Favorite Pasta Sauce

In a large saucepan, cook the sausage, onion and garlic in oil until meat is no longer pink, drain
- 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
SANDWICHES = Egg Salad

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except eggs
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 rib celery, thinly sliced
APPETIZERS = Popper Dip

Beat the first five ingredients until blended
- 2 pkg.(8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup canned diced jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
PASTA =Bacon and Corn Cavatelli

BACON AND CORN CAVATELLI
- 1 lb Cavatelli
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 lb Bacon/diced
- 2 ears corn/cut from cob
- 2 cloves garlic/sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes/cut in half
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- Parm/grated
BREADMAKER = Peach Bread

Add ingredients to breadmaker in order listed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups peaches, peeled and chopped, may be frozen
- 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1 t. almond extract
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts if desired
DESSERTS = Fluff Fruit Dip

Beat room temperature cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until mixed well
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 container marshmallow fluff
- 1 small tub of cool whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- Strawberries, pineapple, grapes, bananas and apples.
CHICKEN = Breaded Ranch Chicken

Combine flakes, parm cheese and dressing mix
- 3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
- 3/4 c. grated parmesan
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 lb (8) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. butter/melted
APPETIZERS = Best Deviled Eggs

Combine the first 10 ingredients in small bowl
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. minced chives
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 12 hard boiled eggs
HOLIDAY = Andy's Cranberry Sauce

Combine sugar and water in a large saucepan and bring to boil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 16 oz bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1/2 orange juiced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
PASTA = Spicy Pepper Penne Pasta

In a large skillet, layer the pasta, rosemary, pepperoni, pepperoncinis and red peppers
- 1 pkg (16 oz.) penne or tube pasta
- 1/8 tsp dried rosemary, crushed or 1/2 tsp minced fresh
- 2 pkgs (3 1/2 oz each) sliced pepperoni, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped
- 3 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
