Ingredients
- 8 oz bow tie pasta cooked
- 12 oz kielbasa cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 red peppers cut into strips
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage and peppers over medium high heat until peppers are crisp tender and sausage is hot. Stir in broth and pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta. Add parsley.
