Maple Apple Crisp

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 5 apples - peeled, cored, and sliced
- 3/4 cup maple syrup (Used little more than 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- Sprinkle apples with cinnamon & nutmeg
Rob's BBQ Quesadillas

Heat fry pan, add olive oil
- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Lg. Garlic Clove sliced up fine
- 1 Lg. White Spanish Onion, chopped in 1/4" chunks
- 1 Pkg. Taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup Warm water
- 1 Can Brown re-fried beans
- 12 8" Soft Tortilla shells
- 1/2 Green Pepper chopped in 1/4" chunks
- 2 Ripe tomatoes, chopped in 1/2" chunks
- 1 Jar salsa
- 1 Tub sour cream
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and Pepper
- Chopped Lettuce
Pizza Lasagna

1. Cook up ground beef and bacon and put it in a large mixing bowl
- 3 lbs cooked ground beef
- 3 cans pizza sauce
- 8 strips lasagna noodles
- couple bags shredded cheese
- couple bags pepperoni slices
- 3-4 raw mushrooms
- 1 pack bacon
REESE'S Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl
- 1 cup salted butter (melted)
- 2 cups keebler graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
No-Bake Energy Bites

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
- 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats)
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Fettuccini Alfredo

- 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
- 4 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 5 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Carol's Recipe
- 9 tea bags
- 1 can frozen lemonade
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2-3 tbsp. lemon juice

- 1 Frozen Orange Juice
- 1 Frozen Lemonade
- 5 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Vodka
{ONE POT} CHICKEN, RICE, & VEGGIE FAJITA BOWLS

Bring a large pot of water or chicken broth to boil (The broth gives the chicken much more flavor
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups assorted sweet bell peppers (I used miniature)
- 1 cup yellow onion
- 1 poblano pepper (next to bell peppers in grocery store) or sub a large green pepper
- 1 small jalapeno, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup regular white rice
- 3 cups water or chicken broth
- 1 package (1.12 ounces) fajita seasoning mix
- 1 and 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped cilantro, freshly diced tomato or avocado, lime juice
Pork Ribs (LFP) Excellent!!!

Trim any excess fat from the ribs
- Dry Rub:
- 4 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) paprika
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) pepper
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) kosher salt
- BBQ Sauce (Makes about 1-1/2 cup)
- 2 tbsp. (25 ml) butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 cup (250 ml) ketchup
- 3/4 c. (175 ml) brown sugar
- 1/4 c. (50 ml) cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) hot sauce
