Farmer's Casserole

Grease 2 quart rectangular baking dish
- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 3 ⁄4 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1 ⁄4 cup green onion, well chopped
- 4 well beaten eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
Poor Man's Supper

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
- 1 pkg crescent rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper, garlic
- 1/2 c milk
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
Sweet & Sour Meatballs (Very Good)

Cook meatballs and add to sauce Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
- Sauce:
- 2 c Rice Krispies
- Egg
- Onion
- Seasonings
- 2 lbs Hamburger
- 3/4 c white sugar
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 2 c water
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- Pineapple (if desired)
- 2 tbsp corn starch
Pizza Pot Pies

For the Tomato Sauce: Warm the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced rosemary leaves
- 2 ounces diced pancetta
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups diced roasted chicken
- 2 cups broccoli cut into small, bite-sized pieces
- 1-1/2 cups diced mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds pizza dough
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Ground Beef Stew

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 can (6 ounces) Italian tomato paste
Great Canadian Potato Salad

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl
- 3/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/2 (675 g) lb. red potatoes (about 5), cooked, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 chopped cup sweet pickles
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Pretzel Dog

S'more Snack Mix

Set oven on low broil. Line a baking sheet with silicon mat or parchment paper
- 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- powdered sugar (optional)
Homemade Bailey's Irish Creme

Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds
- 1 cup light cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
