One Skillet Cheesy Chili Mac

1. In a 12 inch nonstick skillet, add oil and heat until it's shimmering
- 1 Tablespoon - Vegetable Oil
- 1 - Medium Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon - Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon - Cumin
- Salt
- 4 - Large Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon - Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 Pound - Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Cups - Water
- 1-15 Ounce Can - Tomato Sauce
- 8 Ounces about 2 cups - Elbow Macaroni
- 1-8 Ounce Package - Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
- Black Pepper
Vanilla Coffee Liquer

Combine sugars and water. Boil for 5 minutes
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup instant coffee
- 3 cups vodka
- 1/2 vanilla beans, split ( or sub with 2 tsp vanilla extract )
Baked Pierogi Casserole

- 16 oz frozen pierogis
- 2-3 slices cooked bacon,crumbled
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Simple Baked Apples

- 6 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Soy Glazed Green Beans
