Smokey Cashew Dressing (Taco)

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, blend to combine
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted cashews
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp. lime juice
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Baked Ground Chicken

Mix ground chicken, onion, bell pepper with flour, egg, seasonings and evaporated milk

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion and bell pepper
