Salisbury Steak

Combine meat, rolled oats, onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt and milk
- Sauce:
- 2.2 lbs (1kg) ground beef
- 1/2 c quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp steak sauce
- 3 tbsp prepared mustard
Baked Spring Rolls

Cooked meat, then added bean sprouts and garlic for a bit then added to rest of ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 2 Processors full of cabbage and carrot
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 4 green onions
- Ginger
- Minced Garlic
- 3 tsp. chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. soya sauce
- salt & Pepper
McDonald's BBQ Sauce

- 1/2 c original bbq sauce
- 1/3 c bullseye original bbq sauce
- 1 tsp light corn syrup
Funnel Cakes

Mix egg and milk. Sift dry ingredients and gradually add to milk mixture, beat until smooth
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1-1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Oil for frying, enough to cover the bottom of the skillet
- Powdered sugar for topping
Smoked Ribs using the 3-2-1 Method

- 1/2 cup beer or apple juice

- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
