Blackberry Coconut Fat Bombs - Paleo

These sugar free blackberry coconut fat bombs are low carb and Paleo
- 1 cup coconut butter see note for how to make homemade
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries can use raspberries or strawberries if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon SweetLeaf stevia drops add a bit more for sweeter taste
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lemon Blueberry Ice Cream

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups fresh blueberries (frozen will probably work too)
- 2 T maple syrup
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tsp lemon zest

Soak your buckwheat overnight up to 14 hours but minimal 12 hours and rinse it thoroughly
- 3 cups Buckwheat, soaked overnight
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds, soaked overnight
- 2 cups Dried Blueberries
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Bean powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cinammon
- 1 tsp. Maca
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup or yacon syrup

- 1 butternut squash, about 2 lb (1 kg), peeled, halved, and seeded
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 –2 tablespoons herbes de Provence

Buttermilk Green Goddess Dressing

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions

1. Place almonds in food processor and process into a fine powder
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 1/2 cups dates
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest (the peel from 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (ideally from the lemon above)
- 1 1/4 cups shredded dried coconut
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt

Everything into a processor or blender to blend together
- 1 cup whole sour cream
- 1/4 cup organic ketchup
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2-3 TB)
- 1- 1 1/2 TB raw honey (local if possible!)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles (I like using Bubbies so we get the natural fermented probiotics!)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 black pepper
