  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

  • 1 cup avocado oil, olive oil, or a mixture

  • For the ranch dressing:

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill

  • Saos Sate Katjang (Peanut Sauce)
  • 1 can Coconut Milk (full cream not low fat)
  • 6 tbsp crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp powdered Laos/ galangal powder - I can give you!
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbs ketjap/ kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • Prepare with jasmine rice or rice noodles and steamed vegetables and choice meat on top.
