In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and 1/3 cup honey

Treatment Salve

Preheat oven to 325. F. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened, room temperature (do not microwave)
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs, separated, room temperature
- 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature

Mix calcium powder, baking soda and xylitol in a medium sized bowl until well mixed
- 5 Tablespoons of Calcium Powder
- 2 Tablespoons of Baking Soda
- 3 Tablespoons of Xylitol (I don’t recommend eating it, but it is great for oral health)
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Castille Soap
- 3-5 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil (to get desired texture)
- 10 + drops of Essential Oils of choice (optional) I usePeppermint
- 10 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract (optional-to preserve longer)
New York Style Bagels

In ½ cup /120ml of the warm water, pour in the sugar and yeast
- Ingredients:
- NEW YORK-STYLE BAGEL RECIPE
- Makes: 8 medium-sized bagels
- Total Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (4 1/2 teaspoons) granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups / 300ml warm water (you may need ± 1/4 cup /60ml more, I know I did)
- 3 1/2 cups (500g) bread flour or high gluten flour(will need extra for kneading)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Optional Toppings:
- Caraway seeds, coarse salt, minced fresh garlic, minced fresh onion, poppy seeds, or sesame seeds. (Everyone in my house prefers plain bagels, but I have no preference, so I just went with the plain, so no one could complain.)
