HERSHEY'S "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" Chocolate Cake and Frosting Recipe

Cake: 1. Heat oven to 350°F
- Cake:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Chip-Peanut Butter Torte

Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 10- or 9-inch springform pan, break up cookie dough
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped honey-roasted peanuts
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate-flavor syrup
Old Fashioned Butter Cake

Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease and flour two 8 inch x 2 inch baking pans and set aside
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Cinnamon Roll Cake

Mix everything together except for the butter
- Cake:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mashmallow Fondant

Melt the marshmallows and water in the microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds, stir and add flavoring
- 13.5 oz mini marshmallows
- 3 Tbs water
- 2 capfulls of almond flavoring
- almost 2lb. of confectioner's sugar
The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon Italian bread crumbs
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 (6 ounce) can snow crab, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can small shrimp, drained
- 12 large white mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Jolean's Cheese Potato & Smoked Sausage Casserole

This was another one of our favorites in the 70's Very inexpensive and very easy to make
- 3 cups idaho potatoes, peeled, boiled and cut into cubes when cool, approx. 1 lb
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb skinless smoked sausage (Eckrich is my favorite brand)
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Caesar Dressing (Pampered Chef)

Combine all ingredients in Measure, Mix & Pour® or Small Batter Bowl
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Baked Chicken Stuffed with Pesto and Cheese

- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 T Basil Pesto with Lemon or your favorite commercial pesto
- 2 T low-fat sour cream
- 2 T grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, 3 T finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 T almond flour

- 2 teaspoons coffee-flavored liqueur or cooled strong brewed coffee
