Bleu Baron Sandwich

Dressing: Dissolve spice into vinegar
- Dressing:
- 12 oz thinly slice prime rib or roast beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 oz blue cheese crumbles
- 2 oz Danish bleu cheese dressing (see recipe below)
- Johnny's French dip au jus mix
- 4 slices thick sourdough bread
- Softened butter
- Danish Bleu Cheese Dressing
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- pinch of dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion salt
- pinch of white pepper
- 1 T plus 1 tsp wine vinegar
- 1/3 tsp Worcestershire
- tabasco to taste
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 +1/2 oz buttermilk
- 3 oz plus 4 T Danish blue cheese, crumbled to 1/2 inch
- 2 +1/2 T toast slivered almonds
Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon and Fried Egg

- 2 slices bacon
- 1 egg
- 2 slices any kind of bread

Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ lemon or yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Easy Feta-Chicken Bake

Heat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare stuffing as directed on package
- 1 (6 oz) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon prepared, Dijon mustard
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (I boiled mine)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked, chopped ham
- 6 slices of extra thin Swiss cheese
