- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil, divided

- 2 tablespoons sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives

- 4 large fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

- 1 lb Dungeness crab meat

- Rosemary, and fennel seed (Optional) Pinch of hot red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cream or milk (Optional)
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
