Mini Cinnies-Bite Sized Cinnamon Rolls

Use half a package at a time so dough stays cold
- 1 can of Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 2 t milk
Grilled Ham and Cheese Pull-Apart Sandwich Loaf

- 1 loaf Italian bread (10 to 12 inches)
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown or country-style Dijon mustard
- 6 slices (1 oz each) Swiss cheese
- 3/4 lb thinly sliced fully cooked ham
Chicken Crescent Roll Casserole

Set oven to 350°F. Butter a casserole dish (any size to hold crescent rolls)
- 2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese or swiss cheese (or any cheese of choice)
- 1/2 cup 18% table cream (or use whipping cream)
- FILLING
- 4 ounces cream cheese (very soft)
- 4 tablespoons butter (very soft but not melted)
- 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped (can use green onions)
- 2 large cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped (or use about 2 cups, can use cooked turkey)
- 1/2-3/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (or use 1/2 teaspoon white salt or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 2-4 tablespoons mayonnaise or whipping cream
- 1-2 cup grated cheddar cheese (for topping)
Spicy Pasta Cordon Bleu

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over med-high heat
- 1 lb. Pasta (I used penne-you could use any fun shaped pasta)
- 1 cup Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup Ham, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onion
- 2 cups Swiss Cheese, shredded
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Panko Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
Kraft Italian Pasta Bake

Brown meat, drain. Stir in pasta, sauce, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz broken spaghetti or 3 cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 jar (26-28oz) spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1 pkg (8oz) Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Monterey Chicken

This recipe comes straight from Chili's itself! I asked a manager and this is what he told me!
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 5 dashes garlic
- 5 dashes salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese
- 8 slices apple-smoked bacon
- 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce, of your choice
Baked artichoke Chicken

Preheat oven to 350F-375F, depending if you like crispy skin or not
- 4 lbs. chicken legs and thighs, w/ skin
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, halved
- 1 medium onion, cut into pieces same size as the artichokes
- 1 pound white button mushrooms (halved or quartered)
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup red or white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 bay leaf
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Greek Chicken Cutlets

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, feta, mint, and 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 4 ounces feta cheese, coarsely crumbled (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds thin chicken cutlets (about 8)

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
- 1 cup chopped peanuts, if desired
