- 5 cups steamed broccoli
- 4 cups chicken (cooked and cubed)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 T lemon juice
- 4 slice bread and butter (cubed)

Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK CAKE
- 12 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons strong black coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK FROSTING
- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 4 boneless, skinless breasts, quartered (this can be cooked the night before)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or homemade chicken stock)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 slices Swiss cheese or 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 15 Ritz crackers, crushed or 1 package stove-top stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup Country Crock margarine

- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer:
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, I used Jif
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or extract)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips plus 1/4 cup for top
- 12 full size peanut butter cups (I went with Reese’s)

- 16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or extract)

- 24 oz. hash browns, shredded, bag
- 1 T. onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. ham, diced
- 2 c. cheese, cheddar, shredded
- 1 c. cheese, mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 c. parsley, fresh, chopped
- 12 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. bacon, fried until crisp
