  • For the Casserole:
  • 4 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed

  • 2 eggs, room temp
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • For the Pecan Topping:
  • 2/3 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 Tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup pecan halves

  • 3 Tbsp Tallow(this is also delicious with bacon fat or substitute your favorite cooking fat)
