Put xylitol in a blender or Vitamix and blend until it becomes powdered
- 1 cup raw cashew pieces
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened, canned regular coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups xylitol
