Roasted Cajun Nuts

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons warm rendered bacon fat or melted unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
- 1 cup raw unsalted almonds
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 large egg white
Minion Sheet Cake

- 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ butter recipe yellow cake mix
- Water, butter and eggs called for on cake mix box
- 1 container Betty Crocker™ Whipped whipped cream frosting
- Golden yellow food color
- 1 tube (4.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ blue decorating icing
- 7 pieces (12 inches each) black string licorice
- 1 chocolate-covered peppermint patty (1.4 oz), unwrapped
- 3 milk chocolate candy drops or pieces, unwrapped
- 5 pieces (1 inch in diameter) chewy chocolate candies, unwrapped
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1 oz silver decorating sugar

Honeyed Yogurt Cheesecake

For the cheesecake: Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat it to 325 degrees F
- Nonstick cooking spray, for spraying the springform pan
- 4 large eggs, separated, at room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice
- 3 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 pound full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup 2 percent Greek yogurt, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups halved apricots
- 1 cup blackberries

- WILD RICE
- 2-1/2 cups chicken stock
- Salt if using homemade chicken stock
- 1 cup wild rice
- BROCCOLI
- Large pot of well-salted water
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, florets only (save the stalks)
- Large bowl of ice water, large enough to hold a colander
- MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- Broccoli stalks, peeled and chopped fine
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, washed well, trimmed, caps broken into pieces by hand, stems chopped fine
- A little salt
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped fine
- 1 rib celery, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Reserved rice cooking water plus enough chicken stock to measure 1-1/2 cups
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Generous salt & pepper
- BREAD-CRUMB TOPPING
