Baby Shells Bechamel

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 /2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 /4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk, warm
- 1 pound baby shell pasta, cooked to very al dente
- Torn fresh basil, for garnish

Kentucky Pecan Pie (lighter recipe)

In medium bowl, mix 1 cup flour and the salt
- piecrust thawed
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons bourbon, if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecan halves or broken pecans
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1 bag (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
Everything Bagel Sticks

- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Blueberry Cobbler

Shrimp - Asian

- 1/2 pound raw shrimp - peeled
- 1 large egg white
- 2 1/2 t sake, or sherry
- 2 t fine grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 1/2 t hot sauce
- 1 1/2 t toasted sesame oil - divided
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t sugar
- 4 ounce can water chestnuts - drained and finely chopped
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 t sesame seeds
Beef Stroganoff - slow cooker

In 3 1/2- to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker, mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms and pepper
- 3 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed onion soup
- 1 package fresh sliced portabella mushrooms - chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
- 6 cups hot cooked noodles or rice
Garlic and Citrus Chicken

- 1 (5 to 6-pound) whole roasting chicken, neck and giblets discarded
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
