Chicken Spinach Lasagna

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- One 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups grated Cheddar (5 ounces)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- One 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- One 8-ounce container sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Smothered Pork Chops

Place the pork chops one at a time in a plastic bag or between 2 sheets of plastic wrap
- 44 bone-in pork chops, 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Focaccia with Rosemary

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 shallot, cut into thinly sliced rounds
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
Peach Texas Tea

Bring 3 cups water and the ginger to a boil in a medium pot
- One 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
- 5 black tea bags
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups peach nectar
- 3/4 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Peach slices, for garnish
- Ice, for serving
Blood Orange Campari Prosecco Cocktail

Fill rocks glasses a 1/4 of the way with the blood orange juice, add a shot of campari and top with Prosecco
- 1 quart fresh blood orange juice, very cold
- 4 to 6 shots Campari
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco, very cold
- Fresh mint sprigs, to garnish
Bacon-and-Egg Braid

Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce, if desired
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
Korean Pulled Pork Sandwich with Asian Slaw

For the Korean pulled pork: Remove the pork from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (or more if you want it spicier)
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 -inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 5 pound pork butt, trimmed of excess fat
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 shallots, finely diced
- 1 cup low sodium chicken stock
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)

- 8 jalapenos, halved, seeded and ribs removed
