- Spicy Mustard
- Ranch Dressing (homemade Or Bottled)
- 4 slices (thick) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices Bacon, Cooked Until Chewy And Cut In Half
Oven Stew

Mom's recipe
- Mix together:
- 2 Lbs. Stew Meat,approx. 1"cubes
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1 Onion, cut up
- 5-6 carrots, cut-up
- 3-4 Potatoes , cut-up
- 1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
- Place in dish with lid for oven.
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tsp. Sugar
- 2 Tab. Tapioca
- Sprinkle over Vegetables and add
- 1 Cup Tomato Juice.
- Place lid on top and do not open for 4 hours.
- Bake for 4 hours at 250 degrees

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 zucchini, sliced into half moons 1/4-inch thick
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped and seeded
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup grated sharp white Cheddar
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
