Ingredients

    Lbs. Stew Meat,approx. 1"cubes

  • 1

    Stalk Celery

  • 1

    Onion, cut up

  • 5-6

    carrots, cut-up

  • 3-4

    Potatoes , cut-up

  • 1

    Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • Place in dish with lid for oven.

  • Mix together:

    Tsp. Salt

  • 2

    Tsp. Sugar

  • 2

    Tab. Tapioca

  • Sprinkle over Vegetables and add

  • 1

    Cup Tomato Juice.

  • Place lid on top and do not open for 4 hours.

  • Bake for 4 hours at 250 degrees
