Reuben Pizza

Pre-bake dough as directed Add dressing (as sauce), top with sauerkraut, corn beef and cheese
- 1 Roll of Pillsbury Thin Crust pizza dough
- Thousand Island dressing (as sauce)
- Thinly shaved Corn Beef
- Sauerkraut, drained
- 10 squares of Swiss Cheese
- (No exact measurements.. add as much/little as you like)
Vinegar Braised Chicken and Mushrooms

1.Season both sides of chicken generously with salt and pepper
- 4 pounds assorted bone-in, skin on chicken pieces (breasts and thighs)
- 2 pounds mushrooms (cremini, white, or baby bella), cleaned of any dirt or particles
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 carrots, peeled and roughly chopped (could use baby carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Minty Hot Fudge Sauce

1. Heat cream in heavy-bottomed medium saucepan over med high heat until bubbles form along edge
- 4- 1/2 pt jars
- 1 C heavy cream
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1 C cocoa powder
- 1/2 C unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
- 6 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 C cremed de menthe
- 1 t vanilla
Crockpot Salisbury Steak

Mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix and milk
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pack dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
- 1 (1 oz ) pkg dry au jus mix
- 1 cup water
Flourless Chocolate Cake

1. Preheat oven to 300. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler
- 7 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 3/4 C butter
- 1 C sugar
- 4 eggs, separated

Layered Ice Cream Cake

1. Coat bottom and sides of 9 inch round springform pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 15 sandwich cookies (oreos)
- 1 T milk
- 8-9 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 pint strawberry ice cream
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Strawberry Lemonade Ice Cream Pie

-In a food processor, grind cookies into fine crumbs
- 12 Graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 pint (or 2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened in refrigerator for 20-25 minutes
Cinnamon Crescent Rolls

Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine butter, sugar and cinnamon; beat until smooth
- Glaze:
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
