- 1 C whole wheat flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 C mashed ripe bananas (2 bananas)
- 1/4 C white sugar
- 1/4 C fat free sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/3 C chopped pecans (optional)
Chocolate Covered Cherries

Melt butter and syrup. Remove from heat
- Chocolate mixture:
- 1 # butter
- 5 # p. sugar
- 3 T white syrup
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 5 jars marachino cherries
- 2 1/2-12 oz pkgs chocolate chips
- 1 bar German sweet chocolate
- 3/4 bar parafin
Ambrosia Salad

1.In a large bowl, stir together the whipped topping and yogurt
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed (see note below for alternative)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 1 1/2 cups Campfire® Mini Fruit-Flavored Marshmallows
Red Velvet Cheesecake

. Prepare the cheesecake layer: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- CHEESECAKE:
- Two (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- RED VELVET CAKE:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch process)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup (two 1-ounce bottles) red food coloring
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted lightly to remove any lumps
- Two (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Lasagna Bake for Two

1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Cook noodles as directed on pkg 3
- 2 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 C chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 C undrained canned diced tomatoes (2/3 of 14.5 oz can)
- 2 T cream cheese spread
- 4 C loosely packed spinach leaves
- 1/2 C finely shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend, divided
Pumpkin Cheesecake

1. Make Crust; Preheat oven to 350
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 C gingersnap cookie crumbs (about 30 cookies)
- 1/2 C finely chopped pecans
- 6 T butter, melted
- 1/4 C sugar
- Filling:
- 3-8 oz pkgs cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 large eggs + 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature
- 1 C canned pumpkin
- 1/2 C sour cream at room temperature
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 T flour
- 2 t pumpkin pie spice
Amazing Muffin Cups Recipe

In a bowl, combine the hash browns, butter, salt and pepper
- 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 14 links Johnsonville® Original Breakfast Sausage Links (or bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces)
- 6 eggs (or use egg beaters- southwestern ones work great!)
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded 4-cheese Mexican blend cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- Chopped fresh chives or green onions

- 1 1/2 T grated orange peel
- 1 T vanilla
- 2 C thinly sliced rhubarb
- Glaze:
- 1 1/2 C p sugar
- 1 1/2 T orange juice
