White chocolate orange(or lemon) zest cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons orange zest (for me that was the zest of 2 oranges)
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Granola Bars/Cereal

Instructions 1.Preheat the oven to 250 degrees
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats (if you want bars use steel cut oats so it will stick together better)
- 1 cup raw sliced almonds
- 1 cup raw cashew pieces (or walnuts or pecans)
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (I could only find unsweetened at Earth Fare, which is similar to Whole Foods)
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon grated or ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Also need – parchment paper

- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 C dried cranberries
- 2 T grated orange rind
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 2 oz white chocolate melted with 1 t vegetable oil

- 2 TBS BUTTER; Softened.
- 1 tsp VANILLA
- 1 tsp LEMON EXTRACT
- 1/3 cup(s) LEMON JUICE
- 1/2 cup(s) OIL
- 1 cup POWDERED SUGAR; Plus 1 Tablespoon.
- 2 TBS WHOLE MILK; I Used 2%.

Broccoli Cheddar Bacon Quiche

- 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
- 4 Tbsp butter, divided

- 2 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt [more or less to your taste]
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup steamed broccoli florets, chopped and cooled
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 1/4 cup biscuit mix [i.e. Bisquick]
- 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
- 4 Tbsp butter, divided

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into pieces

- 3 C sugar
- 1 1/2 C cream
- 2 1/2 sq chocolate
Microwave Divinity

Cook sugar, syrup and water on high in microwave for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes
- 4 C sugar
- 1 C corn syrup
- 3/4 C water
- 3 egg whites
- dash salt
- 1 t vanilla
