Preheat oven to 350ºF. Chop pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts, onion and chicken
- 1/2 cup peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 6 oz. cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

- 1 white cake mix
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 egg
- 3 C mini marshmallows
- 2 C rice krispies
- 1/2 C salted peanuts
- 12 oz butterscotch chips
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C white corn syrup
Mexican Chicken Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 375. Warm nonstick skillet over medium heat; mist with cooking spray
- 12 oz. checken brests cut into bite size pieces
- 1 t taco seasoning
- 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 C salsa
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1- 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2- 6 in whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 C shredded Mexican cheese
Bacon Potato Casserole

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-inch-square baking dish
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 8 ounces bacon or turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) * NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten or 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt

- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding

1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, place it in oven and preheat to 375 degrees
- 3 Cups baby spinach, chopped

- Raspberry Sauce:
- (12 oz) bag frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 t lemon juice
- Waffles:
- 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 4 T butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanila
- 1/4 C milk
- 6 T flour
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 1/2 t baking powder
- ice cream
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
