Apple Crisp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 10 Cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 C white sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 C quick oats
- 1 C flour
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C butter melted (although I don't melt, just use softened)
Apple Brownies

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well
- Sauce:
- 1/2 C butter
- 2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 C chopped apples
- 2 C flour
- 2 t salt
- 2 t soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 C nuts
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C cream
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla (added after boiling)
QUICK AND EASY CARAMEL ROLLS

Put brown sugar, butter and ice cream in saucepan and heat to boiling point
- 4 tubes Pillsbury Country or flaky buttermilk biscuits
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Whole Wheat Biscuits

- 2 C whole wheat flour
- 4 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 C cold butter
- 1 C milk

- 1 C oatmeal
- 1 C flour
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 C butter, melted
Orange Pineapple Cake

1. Mix cake ingredients together and bake at 350 in 9 X 13 pan about 30-35 min
- Cake:
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- Frosting:
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
Knox Blocks

Mix and pour into greased 9 X 13 pan
- 4 envelopes knox gelatin
- 4 C boiling water
- 3 - 3 oz pkg of jello (any flavor)
Vegetable Dip

Can be used on cucumbers or as a dip for veggies(carrots, celery, etc)
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 T blue cheese
- 2 t fresh parsley
- 1 t fresh dill
- 1 t grated onion
Broccoli Salad

Chop up broccoli into bite size pieces
- 1-2 heads fresh broccoli
- 1/2 C red onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled into pieces
- 2 1/2 T vinegar
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1 1/2 C grated mozzarella cheese
Lemon Blueberry Brunch Cake

Heat over to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 X 13 pan
- Cake:
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1/4 C marg or butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 C water
- 2 eggs
- 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 C chopped almonds or pecans
- Frosting:
- use any frosting/cream cheese frosting (can add 1/4 tsp lemon extract to flavor)
