1. Prepare muffin mix according to pkg
- 1 (18.25 oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C sugar
Hershey Syrup Brownies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- o 1/2 cup butter ( no substitutes, melt in microwave)
- o 1 cup granulated sugar
- o 4 eggs
- o 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- o 1 cup flour
- o 1 (16 ounce) cans Hershey's syrup
- o 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Icing
- o 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- o 1/2 cup butter, melted ( no subs)
- o 4 tablespoons cocoa
- o 4 tablespoons milk
- o 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Vanilla Chip Fruit Tart

1. Heat oven to 300 degrees
- Crust:
- 3/4 C butter, softened
- 1/2 C p sugar
- 1 1/2 C flour
- Vanilla Filling:
- 10 oz pkg of vanilla milk chips
- 1/4 C cream
- 1 pkg (8 oz)cream cheese, softened
- Fruit Topping (if desired):
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 C pineapple juice
- 1/2 t lemon juice
- Assorted Fruit
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Krispies

In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts and marshmallows
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 pounds white chocolate chips (2 12-oz packages plus 1 1/3 cup)
Cream Cheese Peach Pie Delight

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 package of white or yellow dry cake mix
- 1/3 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs, divided
- 29 ounce can of peach slices, drained
- 8 ounces of Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

1. Scatter onion over bottom of slow cooker and place pork on top
- 1- 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder, fat removed
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 C low sodium chicken broth or water
- 2 C bottled barbecue sauce
- 2 T mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1 T soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Raspberry Marshmallow Delight

Combine crumbs and butter; press into the bottom of greased 13x9 baking pan
- 1 1/4 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 C butter or margarine, melted
- 50 large marshmallows
- 1 C milk
- 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 1/4 C water, divided
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 t lemon juice
- 6 T cornstarch
- whipped cream and fresh raspberries, optional
Whole-Wheat Toaster Pastries (a.k.a. Pop Tarts!)

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- 2 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour, plus extra for rolling out the dough
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cold, unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1/2 cup water plus ice
- 1 egg beaten with a splash of water
- 7 – 8 tablespoons jam [3] or jelly (we prefer either homemade jam [3] or an all-fruit spread that’s sweetened with fruit juice concentrate as opposed to sugar or high-fructose corn syrup)

- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 2 cups grated Monterrey Jack or cheddar cheese
