Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole

Preheat oven to 350º F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
- Ingredients
- 10 cups (1 large loaf) day-old Brioche, cut into cubes
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- Maple Syrup to taste
- 1/4 t salt
Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs 1
- (9 inch) prepared pie crust (or Graham cracker crust, whichever you prefer)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Beef Mushroom Stroganoff

1 Sauté onion and garlic in butter over medium heat
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoonpepper
- 2-3 cans, drained canned mushroom stems and pieces,
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 ounce) bag egg noodles,cooked
Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Cook 1st 4 ingredients stirring until thick
- 2 3/4 C sugar
- 6 T flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 5 C milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 pkg frozen whole strawberries, thawed
- 2 bananas cut in slices
- 1 pkg strawberry koolaid
Oriental Ramen Broccoli Coleslaw

1 Before opening noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces
- 2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
Creamy Herb Chicken

Brush chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 (4.4 oz.) package spreadable herb cheese (we use Boursin)
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Fruit Sour Cream Salad

- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
- 1 C mini marshmallows
- 1/2 C flaked coconut
- 1/2 C dairy sour cream

- 1 (12 oz) mint chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (1/2 gallon) mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 (8 oz) whipped topping (cool whip)softened
- 1/2 C mint chocolate chips
