Sour Cream Pound Cake

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla
- 1 C butter
- 2 C sugar
- 4 egg yolks, beaten well (save whites)
- 1 C sour cream
- 3 C sifted cake flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff

Taco Soup

Brown ground beef with garlic and onion
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 t. chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 1 can kidney beans (or black beans!) drained and rinsed
- 1-15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- Optional toppings; crushed taco chips, shredded cheese, light sour cream
Raspberry-White Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1- 9 oz box chocolate wafer cookies
- 5 T butter, melted
- 1 C frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1/4 C plus 2 T sugar
- 1- 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 large eggs plus 2 large yolks
- 1 T flour
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 4 oz. white chocolate, melted and cooled
Whole Wheat Cottage Cheese Bread (my recipe)

- 3/4 C milk
- 1/4 C water
- 1/3 C cottage cheese (1 individual cottage cheese container)
- 1/4 C butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/4 C honey
- 2 t. salt
- 2 C white whole wheat flour
- 2 C whole wheat flour
- 2 1/4 t yeast
Chicken and Pasta Frittata

1. Preheat oven to 400. In oven skillet cook broccolia nd onion in hot oil 5 min or til tender
- 1 C broccoli florets
- 1 onion, chopped, about 1/2 C
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 1/4 C cooked penne or desired pasta
- 2 T chopped, fresh basil
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
BLT Pasta Salad

Add the pasta into a large mixing bowl
- 1 pound of macaroni pasta noodles, cooked and cooled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 large tomatoes or 4-5 roma tomatoes, deseeded and chopped into 1/4" bites
- 6 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled
- garnish with lettuce, chopped
Blueberry Breakfast Rolls

1. Lightly grease 16 muffin cups
- 1 12.4 oz package (8) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 1 C frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
- 1/3 C blueberry preserves
- 1 t shredded lemon peel
- 1/4 C chopped pecans, toasted
Pecan Pie Bars

Preheat over to 350. Mix flour and sugar together
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 C p. sugar
- 1 C cold butter
- 1 egg
- 1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1-6 oz pkg almond brickle chips
- 1 C chopped pecans
