- box of ice cream sandwiches
- jar of hot fudge topping
- 12 oz carton Cool Whip
- 10 oz pkg toffee chips
- chocolate syrup
Sunflower Cookies

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla
- 2 C butter
- 2 C sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 C flour
- 1 t. soda
- 1 t. b. powder
- 1 C coconut
- 1 C sunflower seeds
Pumpkin Dessert

Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, spice and sugar
- 2 C canned pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1 2/3 C carnation milk
- 1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1 C sugar
- white or yellow cake mix
- 1 C pecans
- 1 1/4 C butter
Asparagus and Goat Cheese Frittata

1. In 8 inch ovenproof skillet or cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1 small bunch asparagus, chopped, (about 2 cups)
- salt and pepper
- 7 large eggs
- 3 oz goat cheese
Peppermint Stick Pie

1. Stir ice cream until softened
- 3 pints (1 1/2 quarts peppermint ice cream)
- 1 chocolate flavored crumb pie shell
- 1 12 oz jar fudge ice cream topping
- Coarsely crushed candy cane
Chicken Bacon Ranch Tator Tot Casserole

Place 1/2 the tater tots on the bottom of the crock pot, that has been sprayed with Pam
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 2-lb package of tater tots
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (I used maple bacon)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 pkg of dry ranch dressing mix (I used Hidden Ranch original)
Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls

Peel 8-12 big Leaves off the Cabbage head and place in a microwave safe dish
- 1 Head of Cabbage
- 3 Cups Tomato Juice
- 1 8oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C. uncooked brown or white rice
- 1 envelope Onion soup mix
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey or Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Hot Fudge Sauce

Mix butter, chips and evaporated milk together in pan
- 3/4 C butter
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 C powdered sugar
Dreamsicle Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons orange zest (for me that was the zest of 2 oranges)
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Oreo Cookies

Mix and shape into small balls and bake 9-12 minutes at 350 degrees
- 2 pkg devils food cake mix
- 1 1/2 C Crisco
- 4 eggs
