Zesty Italian Crescent Casserole

Brown g beef and onion. Drain
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 C onion
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce
- 1-8 0z can tomato sauce
- 1/1 /2 C mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1- 8 oz can crescent rolls
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese
- 2 T melted butter

- Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce chopped (or romaine or spinach)
- 1 medium sweet (vidalia type) or red onion diced finely
- 1 green pepper diced finely
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas ( I often need a little more)
- 3/4 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use 50/50 mayo and miracle whip)
- 2 teaspoons sugar

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 9″X13″ glass baking pan
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 large box (5.1 ounces) vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 8 oz. container cool whip (you won’t use the whole container) or one batch of homemade whipped cream
- chocolate syrup or homemade chocolate sauce

- 3 C flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 C shortening
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 - 1/3 C milk, divided
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C quick cooking tapioca
- 6 C chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
- Topping:
- 1/2 C butter
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 C slivered almonds
Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1. Heat 2 T oil in skillet
- 3 T olive oil
- 4 skinless checken breast halves
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 cam cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 C water
- 1/4 C thinkly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T chopped fresh basil leaves
- 4 C hot cooked egg noodles
- 1/4 C shredded parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli, drain. Spoon rice into 13x9 pan
- 2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen cut broccoli
- 2 C cooked rice
- 6 T butter
- 2 C fresh bread crumbs (2 - 1/2 slices)
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 3 T flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 C milk
- 1-1/2 lbs ham cubed
- shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package active dry yeast
Marshmallow Popcorn Balls

- 6 T butter
- 3 C mini marshmallows
- 1/2 of a 3 oz pkg jello
- 3 quarts popcorn
Chicken Caeser Pasta Salad

1.Bring a large pot of water to boil
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce (about 1 head), finely chopped
- 10.5 oz container grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups diced or shredded grilled chicken
- salt to taste
Seafood Dip

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs
- 1 C (6 oz) flaked imitation crabmeat
- 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C mayonnaise

- 1/4 c sliced green onions
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
