Mini Cherry Cheese Danish

1.Open container of rolls and do no unroll them
- 1 roll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- flour, just for dusting
- Filling
- 4 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- splash vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Glaze
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. milk
Mexican Turkey Roll-Ups

Combine turkey, 1/2 C sour cream, 1-1/2 t taco seasoning, half of soup, 1 C cheese, onion, salsa and olives
- 2-1/2 C cubed cooked turkey
- 1-1/2 C sour cream, divided
- 3 t taco seasoning, divided
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, divided
- 1-1/2 C (6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 small onion chopped (or dried onions)
- 1/2 C salsa
- 1/4 C sliced ripe olives
- 10 flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- Additional salsa, optional

1. In large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt, set aside 2
- 2 C whole wheat flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 C milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 T butter, melted + extra for cooking
- 1 T honey
- Fillings such as bananas, pears, peaches, blueberries, pecans, jam
- Warm, p0ure, maple syrup for serving

- 1/4 tsp kosher salt

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- For the frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees F for small loaf pans or 325 degrees F for large loaf pan or muffins
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour (I used King Arthur’s white whole-wheat flour)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil (I used coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional – I have tried both pecans and almonds, although walnuts would be good too)
