Melt 2 T btter, stir in b
- 6 T soft butter
- 1/2 C b sugar
- 2 C blueberries
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/4 C flour
- 1 1/2 t b. powder
- 1/2 C milk
Crab Dip

Cream together and spread in shallow pan
- Topping:
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 small onion grated
- garlic salt or powder to taste
- 1/2 jar chili sauce
- several dashes of tabasco sauce
- 6 oz crab meat
- fresh parsley
Lemon Velvet Cream Cake

STEP 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® lemon cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- Lemon twist, if desired
Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 13X9 baking dish with no-stick spray
- 7 1/2 C water
- 12 T butter
- 2 t garlic salt
- 2 t onion salt
- 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 1 (15.3) pkg Hungry Jack instant mashed potatoes (9 C)
- cooked bacon (optional)
- chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Cheese Bread

Instructions Mix dry ingredients and cheese in bowl
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 and 1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Ham Souffle

Butter 9X13 pan. Put half of bread cubes in pan, sprinkle with all the ham and grated cheese
- 10 oz. pkg extra sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 16 slices white bread (remove crusts) cubed
- 2 C small cubes ham
- 6 beaten eggs
- 3 C milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 C crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 C butter/margarine

Cook mushrooms and onions
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (can use canned)
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (can use canned)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 C thick and chunky salsa
- 2 T snipped fresh basil
- 1 pkg 9 oz uncooked fresh cheese tortellini (can use frozen)

1. Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and spices
- Cake:
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1/2 C raisins (soak in buttermilk)

- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C shortening

- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. cloves

- 2 C. grated raw apple
- Topping:
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 3 T. cream
- 1 T corn syrup
