- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
Lemon Zucchini Bread

- Makes one 9×5″ loaf
- ◾2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- ◾2 teaspoons baking powder
- ◾1/2 teaspoon salt
- ◾2 eggs
- ◾1/2 cup canola oil
- ◾2/3 cup sugar
- ◾1/2 cup buttermilk
- ◾Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 Tablespoons lemon juice)
- ◾Zest of 1 lemon
- ◾1 cup grated zucchini (you don’t need to peel the zucchini before grating it)
