- 1 Tbsp. gluten (for 1/2 recipe)

- 11.5 ounces Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 11.5 ounces Unbleached Bread Flour

- 1 large egg, beaten with 1 TBS water
- Your choice of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, the sky is the limit!
