1) Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and instant yeast in a large mixing bowl
- 3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water

- Green Beans:
- 2 scallions, for garnish
- 1 pound green beans
- 2 tablespoons peanut or sesame oil
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 medium red chile, like jalapeno, thinly sliced
