  • A handful flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 handfuls fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pound firm zucchini, chopped into small dice
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
