- 1 8 oz. bottle of red salad dressing

White Chili

Combine beans, broth, and garlic in large pot
- 2 cans white beans
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 2 Tblsp. oil, divided
- 2 cups diced chicken breast
- Shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa for garnish
Chocolate Chip Cake

Beat top 4 ingredients well & stir in chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Central European Haroset

Combine apples, pecans, honey and cinnamon in a bowl
- 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, finely chopped
- 1 cup pecan chips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sweet Passover wine
So-Easy Pepper Steak

Trim fat from meat. Cut meat into serving-size pieces
- 2 pounds boneless beef round steak, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can Cajun, Mexican, or Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/3 cup tomato paste with Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 16 ounce package frozen pepper stir-fry vegetables (yellow, green, and red peppers with onion)
- Hot cooked whole wheat pasta (optional)
Salmon-Tuna Loaf

Flake salmon & tuna. Mix all ingredients together except swiss cheese
- 1 1-lb. can salmon, drained
- 1 16-oz. can tuna, drained
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of potato soup
- 2 large eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 slices swiss cheese
Old Fashioned Chicken Soup

- 2 to 3 lb. cut-up chicken pieces
- 2 1/2 to 3 qt. water
- 2-3 tsp. salt
- 5-6 whole peppercorns
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 sliced carrots
- 1 parsley root (optional, but gives lovely flavor)
- 1 onion
- Bay leaf (if desired)

- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (+ 1 tsp. sugar)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Tblsp. sugar (- 1 tsp. sugar)
- 1 Tblsp. minced onion
- 1 Tblsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
