Crispy Garlic Parmesan Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets (about 2 lbs.)
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup finely chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/6 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedges, to serve
Rice Casserole

Mix all together in casserole
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's Rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 package Lipton dry onion soup
- 1 can mushrooms and juice
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
Beef and Noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles and cornstarch/water in Crockpot
- 1 lb. stew meat, cut up
- 1 can Golden Mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 can sliced mushrooms and juice
- Salt and pepper and garlic powder
- 8 oz. noodles, boiled
- Cornstarch mixed with water
Korean Chicken

- 1 to 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced or grated fresh ginger
- 3 to 5 large cloves garlic, about 1 tablespoon minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
