Old-Fashioned Banana Pudding

Put 2 cups of the milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk, divided
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 fresh bananas cut into 1/8 inch slices
- 18 small shortbread cookies (I used Lorna Doones)

- Rosemary (1 Tbsp.)

- Low-fat Milk (4 cups)
- Parmesan (1 cup, plus more for topping)
- Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp.)
- Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Water (2 cups)

- 1 package frozen guacamole dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can jalapeno bean dip
- 1 medium bunch green onions, chopped, 1/2 cup
- 2 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded & chopped
- 1 3 1/2 oz can pitted black olives, drained and sliced
- 1 4 oz package sharp cheddar cheese or taco cheese
