One Pan Garlic Herb Chicken and Asparagus

- • 3-6 chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts (breasts pounded to even 1/2 inch thickness)

- 1 pound 90%-lean ground beef

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder

- 1 1 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 1 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
