Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Casserole
- • 2 17.5 oz. cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls, icing reserved
- • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- • 4 eggs
- • 1/3 c. milk
- • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- • 1 tsp. vanilla
- Icing
- • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- • 2 containers reserved icing
- • 2 Tbsp. cream cheese softened
- • 1 Tbsp. milk
- • For extra icing, combine ¾ c. powdered sugar + 3 oz. cream cheese (softened + 1½ Tbsp. milk)
Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

1. In a medium bowl prepare pudding mix according to package directions using the 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1 4-serving-size package fat-free, sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1-3/4 cups fat-free milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 of an 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 of an 8-ounce container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 6-ounce chocolate-flavor crumb pie shell
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp. grated semi-sweet chocolate
TOMATO PIE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 (9-inch) prebaked deep dish pie shell
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Watermelon Limeade

- 8 cups cubed watermelon (seeds removed) or 1 quart watermelon juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
