1. In a large bowl, combine milk, vanilla pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 c. milk
- 1 1 package 1 (3.4-oz) package vanilla pudding
- 1 1 can 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 3 3 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 2 2 c. melted peanut butter
- 1 1 box 1 (16-oz) box nutter butters
- 4 4 4 bananas, sliced into rounds
Slow-Cooker Chocolate Chip Cookie

1. Using two 4” to 5” strips parchment paper, line the bowl of your slow cooker in an “x” formation
- 1/2 1/2 to c. (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 1 1 large egg
- 1 1 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1 1 tsp. baking soda
- Large pinch Large pinch salt
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Hasselback Chicken Stuffed with Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil

1. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board
- •2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- •8 to 10 slices mozzarella cheese
- •5 to 6 grape tomatoes; sliced in half
- •Fresh basil leaves
- •2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

- •2 teaspoons olive oil
Crab Meat Mold and Spread

In medium saucepan combine soup, cheese and onion
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
- 2 3-oz. packages cream cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can crab meat, drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped fine
No-Bake Oatmeal Cookies

In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1.2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

- Waxed paper
Pineapple Stuffing

This sweet dish goes great with ham! I usually double it and use a whole loaf of bread
- 12 pieces bread, diced
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (1-pound) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
- Cinnamon, to taste
Seafood Deviled Eggs

1. Place eggs in 4-quart Dutch oven
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (from 6-oz container)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 cup cooked salad shrimp, chopped (4 oz)
- 1 can (6 oz) lump crabmeat, drained
- 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
