Crab Mac and Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 lb. elbow pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
White Chocolate Popcorn with M&M’s

1. Pop popcorn in the microwave according to the package instructions
- 1 bag microwave popcorn , plain or light butter
- 1 cup M&M candies
- 6 ounces white chocolate chips (half of a 11.5 oz bag)
- 1 heaping cup mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
Frosted Banana Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- For the Frosting:
- +1/2 cup butter, softened
- +1 1/2 cups white sugar
- +2 eggs
- +1 cup sour cream
- +1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- +2 cups all-purpose flour
- +1 teaspoon baking soda
- +1/4 teaspoon salt
- +1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- + 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- + 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- + 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- + 3 3/4 to 4 cups confectioner's sugar

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon

- 8 slices buttered bread - torn
- 1 pound ham, cubed, or cooked sausage (use any kind of meat you like, or even veggies)
- 2 pounds chedder cheese (medium, mild or sharp), shredded (you can also mix in some Colby or Jack)
- 5 large eggs
- 3 cups Half and Half or milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350º, grease a 9"-x-13” pan with cooking spray and dust it with cocoa powder
- For the cake
- Cooking spray, for pan
- Cocoa powder, for dusting pan
- 1 box Devil's food cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
- 1 jar hot fudge, warmed (reserve 2 tbsp. for drizzling)
- 1 c. chopped Andes mints
- For the frosting
- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 5 drops green food coloring

1. In a large bowl combine steak, potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, and seasonings and toss to combine
- • 2-2 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and cut into 2 1/2-inch pieces (see note)
- • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes quartered (or halved if they are already less than 1 inch in size, see note)
- • 3 tablespoons olive oil
- • salt and pepper, to taste (I use about 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper)
