Cinnamon Rolls (Parry Rolls)

You can refrigerate the rolls overnight and bake in the morning
- For the Cinnamon Rolls:
- 2 2 1/2 1 yeast (4 1/2 teaspoons), dissolved in 1 cup lukewarm water
- 6 6 6 tablespoons shortening (Crisco)
- 1 1 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 8 to 9-10 unbleached all-purpose flour (you might need more if the dough is sticky, up to 9-10 cups)
- 2 2 2 cups hot water
- 2 2 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 butter (about 1/2 cup total)
- 1 1/2 (about 1 1/2 cups total)
- 1 (about 1 cup total)
- 2 (about 2 tablespoons total)
- For the frosting:
- 4 4 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 2 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 4 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Baked Potato Wedges

1.Scrub potatoes well, slice into wedges and place in a large plastic bag
- 4 to 5 4 to 5 5 small potatoes
- olive oil
- Johnny's Seasoning Salt or any kind of seasoning salt

Pumpkin Eclair Cake

1.In a 9x13 pan, cover bottom with one layer of graham crackers (whole)
- 2 14.4 2 14.4 2 14.4 oz packages graham crackers
- 1 1 box 1 large box pumpkin spice instant pudding mix
- 3 1/2 3 1/2 1/2 cups milk
- 8 8 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- Frosting
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup white chocolate chips melted
- 2 2 2 tsp light corn syrup
- 2 2 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 3 3 Tbsp butter softened
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 3 3 Tbsp milk
- to optional, to taste

Shake ingredients very well with ice in cocktail shaker and strain over ice into a rocks glass
- 1 1/2 oz. Blue Chair Bay White Rum
- 3/4 oz. orgeat (almond) syrup
- 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

1. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut flour, coconut sugar, vanilla and salt
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c. smooth unsweetened peanut butter, melted (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 1 1 c. coconut flour
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. coconut sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Pinch Pinch kosher salt
- 2 2 2 c. dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1 1 tbsp. coconut oil
