- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) freshly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 (9-inch) frozen unbaked deep-dish piecrust shell
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk or cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Apple French Toast Rolls

Place apple pieces, cinnamon and lemon juice in a small saucepan
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and cut in small pieces
- 1/2 tsp (1.5g) McCormick cinnamon
- 2 tsp (10ml) lemon juice
- 2 Eggland’s eggs
- 3 tbsp (45ml) Borden milk
- 10-12 toast Sara Lee bread slices
- 4 oz (120g) Philaldelphia cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup (67g) Domino sugar
- 1 tsp (3g) McCormick ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp (28g) Land O Lakes butter, for cooking
Strawberry Short-Cake

1 Wash, stem, and cut strawberries in half
- 1 quart fresh strawberries (or more if you like)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
- 1 (14 ounce) angel food cake, cut into cubes (I buy the cake already made)
Easy Avocado And Broccoli Salad

In a large, heavy-bottomed frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp
- 3 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 large avocado
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, plus 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 - 1/2 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into very small florets (3 cups)
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced

Heat oven 375..In large bowl mix butter and both sugars till they are creamy
- 3 stick real butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- walnut pieces i use.. up to you..
Tacos de Carnitas

YIELD6 to 8 servings TIME 1/2 hours
- 3 pounds pork shoulder, either butt or picnic
- 7 strips orange zest
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped, plus finely chopped onion for garnish
- 1 1/4 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cinnamon stick, preferably Mexican canela
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed dried oregano leaves, preferably Mexican
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 24 small corn tortillas, warmed, for serving
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- Salsa for garnish
Fire Crackers

Put the crackers in a large bowl (I use my 26 cup Tupperware bowl which works perfectly
- 1 box (4 sleeves) plain saltine crackers
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1-2 tbsp red pepper flakes (depending on how spicy you like them)
CHEESY JALAPEÑO CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

- 4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 8oz cream cheese
- 6 jalapeños, seeded and diced, split
- 3 cups grated mixed cheese, split
- 6 rashers bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tsp pepper, split
- 1 tsp garlic powder, split
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Grated cheese for garnish
- Sliced jalapeños for garnish
