To make the béchamel: melt butter in a saucepan; sprinkle in flour, whisking constantly
- FOR THE BÉCHAMEL:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- FOR THE PANINI:
- 24 slices white Pullman bread, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 pound Gruyère, grated
- 12 slices ham, 1/8 inch thick
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Twice-Baked Grizzly Potato

- 4 big ass Potatoes
- 1/2 pound of your favorite Pulled Pork
- 1/4 pound Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Bacon Pieces (or more. Much more is OK too)
- 1 cup sliced Green Onions
- Sour Cream (however much pleases you)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 1 stick Butter
Crustless Pepper Quiche

- 4 large eggs
- 2 large bell peppers, diced
- 1 jalapeño or other hot pepper (optional)
- 1 shredded onion (or another crunchy vegetable such as celery)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded Swiss or American hard cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Crockpot Bourbon Chicken

Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 clove garlic
- Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Optional: green onions for garnish

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Daisy sour cream
- Morton Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
