the other night, and this easy recipe from the side of the Bisquick box was perfect
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix (I used Heart Smart)
- 1/2 cup milk (I used 1%)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions Boil cubed potatoes until tender and drain
- 8-10 potatoes (Red or Brown), peeled and cubed
- 1 1b. block Velveeta, cut into small cubes
- 1-1 1/2 cups of mayo (I usually use 1 cup, but it depends on the number/size of potatoes)
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- 1 package Real bacon pieces (found with salad dressings/toppers)

Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 and 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with CRISCO® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ mild enchilada sauce
- 1 cup crema Mexicana table cream or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon CRISCO® Pure Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant™ frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
- 1/3 cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7.25-oz jar)
- 2 tablespoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
- 1/4 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro sprigs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/4 cups shredded pepper Jack or salsa Jack cheese (5 oz)
- 2 cups shredded quesadilla or mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
- 10 Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for soft tacos & fajitas (from 10.5-oz package)
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese or fresh mozzarella cheese

- 1 (26-ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (10-ounce) box lasagna noodles
- 1 (15-ounce) container part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 (12-ounce) package smoked chicken sausage, Italian style, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, grated coarsely
